We offer a 14-day easy return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Product must not be damaged or used

Non-Returnable Items:
• Used beauty products (lashes, skincare, etc.) due to hygiene reasons

3. Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process

Refunds (if applicable):
Refunds are processed after product inspection.

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable.
